Fehler:
Ventilspiel nicht richtig.
Abhilfe:
Ventilspiel einstellen (siehe Kubota-Handbuch).
Fehler:
Schlechte Kraftstoffqualität.
Abhilfe:
Gute Kraftstoffqualität (Dieselkraftstoff 2-D) verwenden.
Fehler:
Unvollkommene Verbrennung.
Abhilfe:
Hier ist eine unzureichende Vergasung oder ein unzureichender
Einspritzzeitpunkt durch den Kubota-Service zu beheben.
DAS AGGREGAT MUSS SOFORT ABGESTELLT WERDEN, WENN:
- die Drehzahl des Motors plötzlich steigt oder fällt,
- ein unerklärliches Geräusch plötzlich hörbar wird,
- die Auspuffgasfarbe plötzlich dunkel wird,
- die Motorlager überhitzt sind,
- die Ölkontrolleuchte während des Betriebs aufleuchtet.
Abhilfe:
Entweder wie zuvor unter "Störungen" beschrieben oder durch
einen Kubota-Service oder Panda Vertretung.
FEHLERSUCHE FÜR DIE VCS-SPANNUNGSREGELUNG
Fehler:
- Keine Bewegung des Stellmotors.
Abhilfe:
- Spannungsversorgung zur Elektronik vorhanden?
- Motor angeschlossen?
- 230V Meßspannung angeschlossen?
Fehler:
- Stellmotor regelt in Leerlauf oder Vollgas.
Abhilfe:
- Polung des Motors korrigieren evtl. tauschen.
- 230V Meßspannung angeschlossen?
Sollte die Elektronik einmal ausfallen oder irgend ein anderer Fehler
auftreten, so kann der Generator trotzdem weiter betrieben werden,
wenn die Elektronik außer Kraft gesetzt wird. Hierzu wird der
Stecker abgezogen und am Stecker die beiden Kabel überbrückt.
1. Drehzahlhebel zwischen Motor und Regler der Einspritzpumpe
lösen und auf max. bzw. 240V einstellen.
oder
2. Verbindungsstecker Motor VCS-Elektronik lösen und Motor
direkt mit 12V Spannung versorgen und eine max. Spannung von
240V einstellen.
Fault:
Valve clearance incorrect.
Solution:
Re-adjust valve clearance to correct value (refer to Kubota-manual).
Fault:
Poor fuel quality.
Solution:
Use better quality diesel (recommended: 2-D Diesel).
Fault:
Poor combustion.
Solution:
Contact Kubota-Service.
GENERATOR MUST BE SHUT OFF IMMEDIATELY IF:
- motor rpm suddenly rises or drops
- unusual noise comes from genset
- exhaust colour suddenly becomes dark
- motor overheats
- oil pressure drops, oil light suddenly flashes
Solution:
Refer to respective section of manual and if necessary, have
repaired by Kubota-Service, or Panda representative.
TROUBLESHOOTING VCS SYSTEM
Fault:
- Throttle control servo motor does not move.
Solution:
- Check voltage supply and wire connections to servo motor.
- Motor connected?
- Check 230V connection to VCS.
Fault:
- Servo motor sets trottle too high or too low.
Solution:
- Check that the wires to the servo motor are connected properly
(±).
- Check 230V connection to VCS.
If the VCS electronics are faulty, the generator can still run by over-
riding the system. To override the VCS, disconnect the plug and
bridge the contacts.
1. Loosen the connecting rods motor from the injection pump
regulator and turn screw to a max. voltage of 240V.
or
2. Loosen the connecting plugs of the motor VCS electronic and
supply the motor direct with 12V voltage and adjust to a max. AC
voltage of 240V.
