13. Das gesamte Generatorgehäuse und das Gehäuse des Motors
sollte mit einem Korrosionsschutzöl eingesprüht werden.
14. Starterbatterie abklemmen (Pluspol und Minuspol).
15. Spindel für die Drehzahlverstelleinrichtung mit einem Spezial-
schmiermittel (Antiseizefett) schmieren.
16. Maßnahmen bei der Inbetriebnahme im Frühjahr:
a) Motor vor dem ersten Start einmal mit der Hand durch drehen,
um gegebenenfalls vorhandene Korrosionsansätze in der
Laufbuchse zu beseitigen. Falls erforderlich normale Motor-
inspektion durchführen.
b) Motoröl und Motorölfilter wechseln.
c) Impeller der Kühlwasserpumpe wieder einbauen und Pumpe
auf Dichtigkeit prüfen.
d) Starterbatterie des Generators laden, Kabel wieder anschlies-
sen und Batteriespannung prüfen.
e ) Generator starten und die Grundeinstellung des Generators,
Spannung, Drehzahlregelung usw. überprüfen.
f)
Gemäß Betriebsvorschrift alle Abschaltvorrichtungen kon-
trollieren und auf Funktion überprüfen.
13. The whole generator housing and the housing of the engine
should be sprayed with slushing oil.
14. Disconnect the starter battery (plus and minus pole).
15. Lubricate the spindle for rpm-regulation with a special lubricant
(graphite grease).
16. Features at the implementing at spring:
a) Before the first start turn the engine by hand to remove appli-
cable availably corrosion basises, witch can exist in the liner.
If necessary make a normal engine inspection.
b) Change the engine oil and engine oil filter.
c) Install the impeller of the coolant pump again and check the
pump to denseness.
d) Charge the starter battery of the generator, connect all cables
and check the battery voltage.
e ) Start the generator and check all basic settings of the genera-
tor like, voltage, rpm-regulation etc.
f)
Check all shut-off facilities according to the operation instruc-
tions and control the function of them.
