Do never exceed the maximum valid operation
pressure of 6 bars. Always work with the chamber lid
closed wearing suitable eye, hand and face protec -
tion. Do never blast on uncovered skin areas.
Operate the fine blasting unit only with a suitable
extraction as well as suitable eye and mouth protec -
tion. The mode of extraction has to be adjusted to
the dusts generated during sand blasting. You
will find respective information in Standard
EN60335-2-69 and through the authorities in charge.
Replace worn or broken blasting hoses immediately.
The unit may only be operated by instructed profes-
sional personnel.
Use only high-quality, dry and clean blasting agents.
Use the blasting agent only once. Use blasting
agents in accordance with the installed nozzles.
Blasting agent that is moist or too coarse might lead
to clogging of the unit.
The unit may only be connected to a grounded
socket. Disconnect the unit from compressed air
supply and from the mains for all maintenance and
cleaning. For work inside the blasting chamber
always wear protective eyewear. Use only genuine
spare parts. The blasting tanks must not be inscri-
bed or labelled.
3. Fields of Application
The FINO SARIUS Fine Blasting Unit is suitable for
the sand blasting of all objects processed in dental
technology. Depending on the blasting agent used it
is suitable for the removal of investment materials
and for the roughening or polishing of surfaces. Due
to the direct-stop function the FINO SARIUS Fine
Blasting Unit is particularly efficient and economical
regarding the consumption of blasting agent.
