Battery activate

If the battery is using in short time after full charge, 

maybe  it o wns  memorize e ffect,  before  next t ime 

charging, you had better discharging the total 

electric quantity.

Please keep fusion splicer in starting up state when 

discharging until the electric quantity is use up and 

automatically power off.
