3.3 CONNECTING THE INPUT MODULES

WARNING
Before installation or maintenance work is car-
ried out, the following must be switched off:

•

the compressed air supply

•

the power supply to the electronic
components (pin 1).

•

the power supply to the outputs/valves
(pin 2).

You thereby avoid:

•

uncontrolled movements of loose tubing

•

undesired movements of the connected
actuators

•

undefined switching states of the electronic
components.
