Tips on camera height
The adjustments shown in the following table are recommended minimum mounting heights for the camera. The minimum height
indicates the lowest camera height needed to cover the scenario defined by the row distance and the number of rows.
In this context, the limitations for plant height, row width and algorithm are taken into account.
For row distances between 12,5 cm and 75 cm not shown in the table above, the camera height can be interpolated.
A ROW
If the camera heights are lower than recommended, the efficiency of the detection of the rows and the quality of the measurement
and the signal of the camera decrease.
If the recommended camera height cannot be reached (e.g. due to mechanical limitations or excessively small Seedlings), the
number of rows can be reduced to one. This results in a recommended lower camera height.
If only one line is to be detected, the camera height may be reduced to the following values.
