OPERATION ON THE MACHINE
7.1
ADJUSTING THE THERMOSTAT TEMPERATURE
General information
The digital thermostat controls A FIG. 3 the activity of the compressor and the defrosting cycles (by forceably
stopping the compressor). It is powered with a voltage of 230 V.
The probe is connected to a terminal of the mains voltage; use only NTC probes with double insulation.
When replacing the probe, use only original spare parts.
In normal conditions of use, the instrument displays the temperature detected by the cell probe: by pressing
the UP key for at least 4 seconds, the instrument requests a defrosting cycle; if an alarm is active, the
instrument displays the alarm code until its cause has been removed (see section Signals and Alarms)

“comp”
led flashes rapidly. To modify
the value, keep the SET key pressed down and at the same time operate on the UP or DOWN keys (the
working setpoint is
preset at 8°C
and can vary within the preestablished limits
min.4 max. 16°C
); having
modified the value, the SET key must be the last to be released.

the admissable limits of the cell probe (the output is deactivated).
The display shows the message
“E2”
Indicates corruption of the configuration data: switch the
