Assembly Instructions
ASSEMBLE AND ATTACH PVC DRAIN MANIFOLD
Complete these steps:
1. Slide tank into position and set channels on frame as shown.
2. Using the photo and diagram at the right as guides, construct the
horizontal pvc drain manifold from one 111560Z5 pvc tube. When
constructed correctly, the tee outlet (A) will be directly above where
the 2" pvc vertical drain tube will enter tank lid (B) when installed.
Length of horizontal tube should be just enough to pass through
hangers so end caps can be installed.
3. After cutting the two (2) pvc sections, assemble the tee fitting and
tubes and snap in place on the frame to check fit and length before
applying pvc primer and cement.
4. Verify that the tee fitting outlet is directly above the tank where
drain tube will be located (B).
See page 22 for system photo.
5. Once fit is confirmed, mark tubes and disassemble. Apply the pvc
primer and cement and reassemble.
Do not cement end caps
to the horizontal drain manifold. These are to remain free to
remove.
Press against hanger to
lock assembly in place.
6. After cement has dried, place the assembly back into the hangers
and press evenly to lock the manifold in place.
ATTENTION:
Position tee fitting next to the hanger that is installed
lowest on the frame. See the A position on the previous page if
needed. Manifold should slope toward the tee fitting.

NOTE:
Use one piece of the 111560Z5 pvc to construct the horizontal drain tube.
The remainder of the tube can be used for the vertical drain tube to the tank if it is
long enough.
A second 111560Z5 tube is sent for the vertical drain tube if needed.
Vertical drain tube is installed later.
ATTENTION:
Drill hole in corner if lid
does not have raised area as shown.
