Graphic symbols
For a better comprehension of the installation diagrams we have made a list of the graphic symbols most often used.
Optional wire (normally for connection of floor buttons and
door lock button)
Division lines (for convenience purposes only the first and
last user are illustrated in multi-way installations. Theoretically,
all articles that are necessary for the installation are included
between the two division lines)
Digital push-button panel
Conventional push-button panel with digital encoder
Intercoms (CT)
Power supplies, transformers, exchangers, ampli-
fier, actuators, buffers and line distributors
Videointercoms (VC)
Floor and risers distributors
J.. mobile jumpers to adjust line impedance (available in
floor distributors and video amplifiers) and programme
external door stations, exchangers and actuators. Their
correct position allows for the correct operation of the
installation.
SW.. microswitches in exchangers. digital encoders and
push-button modules. They must be positioned as indicated
in the installation diagrams and installation instructions.

Electric door lock
Switchboard. We recommend to install all articles in this
frame in the same switchboard.
Sections. The letters shown in the circle are the reference
letters of the distance table on page 5.6.
