Probably one of the three-phase lines has dropped or a drive has failed. Verify that the
lines and the drives are in good condition and restart the system.
An attempt has been made to stop the motor by canceling
Speed Enable
. The system
has tried to stop the motor at full torque, but it has not been able to stop it in the time
frame set by parameter GP3 (
StoppingTimeout
= maximum time allowed for braking,
before considering the error for being unable to stop it in the set time) or the parameter
that determines when the motor is considered to be stopped (SP42)
Minimum velocity

, is too small. Bear in mind that zero speed (total lack of velocity) does not
exist, there is always a minimum amount of speed noise due to feedback.
Solutions
The load that must stop the motor is too large to stop it in the time frame set by GP3 and
the value given to this parameter must be increased.
The threshold or velocity window considered zero (SP42) is too small; hence, increase
the value of this parameter.
The module is performing poorly and is unable to stop the motor. The module may be
defective.
