DO NOT REMOVE ANY

SAFETY STICKER WARNINGS FROM LID.

2 .  Make sure that you have retained all parts of the appliance before discarding the

packaging materials .

3 .  During manufacturing and shipping, dust may have settled on your cooker .  Simply

wipe the exterior of the cooker with a damp cloth to remove any dust .

charts on pages 13-14.

5 .  To lock the lid, make sure that the rim of the cooker is clear of any food or debris;

place the lid on the cooker and turn clockwise         . Make sure the pressure

release valve is closed .

6 .  Plug the power cord into a reliable wall outlet .
7 .  Once all ingredients have been added to the cooker and the lid has been locked in

place, press the button that designates the bean type to be cooked, or use the chart

on pages 13-14 for additional cook times to use with the Manual Cook function .

Time buttons .

9 .  Press the Start button .
10 .  Display will light up to show that the cooker is in the Heating Up cycle – the

cook time on the digital display will not start counting down until the cooker has

switched to the Pressure Cooking cycle .  The Heating Up cycle will take around 20

a .  Once in the Pressure Cooking cycle, the numbers on the digital display

will begin decreasing .
