1 .  Indicator Lights – shows current cycle:  Heating Up (cycle takes approximately 20
 

minutes), Pressure Cooking, and Release Pressure .

2 .  Preset Lentils/Low Pressure - 12 minutes
3 .  Preset Blackeye Peas - 15 minutes
4 .  Preset Black Beans - 30 minutes
5 .  Preset Navy Beans - 35 minutes
6 .  Preset Pinto Beans - 40 minutes
7 .  Preset Great Northern Beans - 50 minutes
8 .  Preset Kidney Beans - 65 minutes
9 .  Preset Garbanzo Beans - 80 minutes
10 .   Adjust Time: add or subtract one minute at a time .
11 .  Use the Manual Cook button to cook at high pressure for any amount of time
 

between 1 and 99 minutes .  Simply use the Adjust Time buttons to set your

 

desired cook time .

12 .  After selecting the bean variety, push Start to begin the cooking cycles .
13 .  Select the Stop button to cancel or stop a cook cycle .
14 .  The Keep Warm button will keep your food warm in the cooker for up to 1½
 

hours .
