Install your choice of axles and wheels. Use a rotary tool to open a
slot in the wheel pant to allow it to slide over the axles. Position as
desired and mark the location for the blind nuts using the pre-
drilled holes in the aluminum gear as a guide. Install the 4-40
blind nuts and secure the pant with 2 4-40 bolts. Use blue Loctite
on ALL bolts.
