To avoid damage to the CTS, you must use an EXABYTE or EXABYTE-approved 8mm cleaning

cartridge.

See Chapter 3 for instructions for making a microcode load tape.

CAUTION

Use a magnetic #0 Phillips screwdriver when replacing CTS
parts. The CTS contains very small (M2

0.02

3.0) screws. If

these screws are dropped through the vent holes in the CTS,
they may cause serious damage.
