TROUBLE SHOOTING
If problems occur, despite the high reliability of the device, please check the following
items before contacting the customer service department:
a) Is there correct voltage supply in the UPS input?
b) Is the input fuse in good working condition? Did the battery pack fuses trip
automatically?

Order mains power inspection from a qualified
electrician
Burnt input fuse or circuit

Replace with a fuse of the same type, or switch
on circuit protection. If the problem persists,
contact the appropriate customer service
representative
Overload message on the LCD display
Receiver connected
Overload error: UPS is overloaded
Check the value of the current supplied by the
receivers. Reduce the number of the connected
receivers. Restart the UPS
Battery error message is displayed on the
LCD.
Battery error detected during the
automatic battery test
Inspect if the battery connector is properly
connected.
Replace the battery pack
Battery error LED flashes/long sound signal
approx. every hour
Battery lifespan is ending, battery
duty time is reduced
Switch off the alarm by pressing the ESC
button for 3 seconds
Replace the battery pack
An internal error message is displayed on
the LCD.
UPS error
Contact the customer service representative
Overheat error message is displayed on
the LCD.
Overheating
Reduce the ambient temperature
Autonomous power supply time shorter
than in the specifications
Battery pack safeguard is OFF
Switch the battery pack safeguard to ON
Batteries not fully charged
Recharge the batteries and test the working
time in backup mode. If the problem persists,
contact the customer service representative.
Batteries are damaged
Contact the customer service representative
The charger is damaged
Contact the customer service representative
No communication between the UPS
and the PC
Incorrect serial connection cable
Check if a proper cable is used
The PC's interface is being used by
another process or is damaged
Check if other software / service has access to
the PC's interface; try selecting another serial
interface
Interferences in the data cable
Reinstall / change the position of the cable
