Allows selection of any MIDI 

control number with coarse quantization.  Input range 
is 0 to 127. A third parameter appears,

 "Manually" Selecting the External Controller for Triggers 

External trigger menu pages are less common than 
external modulation menu pages.  A good example of 
one is the

find it).   As on external modulation menu pages,
