The advantages of dispensers are only guaranteed if the dispenser is cleaned and
disinfected regularly. Inadequate dispenser hygiene can lead to the germination of the
dispenser system. The most common germs include spore formers, corynebacteria,
various cocci and pseudomonas. Disinfection or soap residues in the hose or on the
nozzle can also cause problems.
12. Description and elimination of faults
The automatic “ touchless ” dispensers are subject to legal requirements (Machinery
Directive, Electrical Equipment Act, Battery Act) and differ from conventional, manual
dispensers in essential parts. You should therefore never try to repair them yourself.

Keep in mind that the warranty will become void if you damage the QC seal.
Nevertheless, various faults that can occur you can eliminate yourself.
The following descriptions could also be helpful to describe the problem to an expert for
troubleshooting:
