17.8.3 Hide Patient Details in reports and exported exam packages

The option, if enabled, allows masking the patient details in the header of the printed or exported reports.

Only the used patient ID will be reported regularly.

If, for assistance reasons, the exam data is exported, the patient details will be replaced with indications

of the source device; only the patient ID will be maintained.

17.8.4 Anonymize filenames of exported reports and exam packages

If the option is selected, the report output filename convention will be forced to be the alternative one.

17.8.5 Password protect exported PDF reports

This option is available if the log in password is enabled and configured. If this option is enabled, the PDF

reports exported to the network shared folder will be accessible only by typing the user password as defined

to access the MYOPIA EXPERT 700 on-board application.

17.8.6 Hide Patient Names and Disable Actions when in assistance mode

The options, used in combination with a password-protected login, allows making the patient details and

related actions non-accessible when interacting with the MYOPIA EXPERT 700 on-board application in

technician/service mode. To switch the application to technician mode, press on the lock button to lock the

application. Let the technician staff log in to the application with the technician password; the Application

will switch to Technician Mode. To switch the application back to user mode, press again the lock button

and enter the user password.
