XTERNAL CALL FORWARDING
Allows forwarding an incoming external call to another telephone number
(using the other external line).
Upon incoming external call, the extension will keep ringing and, at the same
time, the call will be diverted to the programmed number. The call can be
answered either from the extension or from the called number.
Note: External call forwarding is available only if Hi-Pro is
equipped with at least two external lines.
Note: both the extension and the external line must be enabled (see
“Service activation” and “Line activation for external call
forwarding” respectively in the Installation and programming
manual).
Activating external call forwarding
... (telephone number)
Pick up the handset and dial the code 3581.
Dial the telephone number to which divert the call.
Dial # to confirm.
If the operation has been carried out correctly, you will receive a message that
the service is enabled and the confirmation tone.
Hang up.
Note: if you dial only the code 3581, the call will be forwarded to
the last number entered.
Note: the call will not be forwarded if the extension is engaged.
Deactivating external call forwarding
(confirm)
Pick up the handset and dial the code 3580.
If the operation has been carried out correctly, you will receive a message that
the service is disabled and the confirmation tone.
Hang up.
Auto set
- If the service is disabled, it allows setting call forwarding service to the last
telephone number entered or it allows entering a new destination number;
- If the service is enabled, it allows cancelling call forwarding.
