Note: when call forwarding all calls service is enabled, picking up
the handset you will hear the modulated tone selection
instead of the normal selection tone (see “Tones”
paragraph).
Deactivation
(confirm)
Pick up the handset and dial the code 3210.
If the operation has been carried out correctly, you will receive a message that
the service is disabled and the confirmation tone.
Hang up.
Auto set
- If the service is not enabled, it allows setting call forwarding to the last
destination extension, or it allows entering a new one;
- If the service in enabled, it allows cancelling call forwarding.

Pick up the handset and dial the code 3212.
If necessary, enter a new destination extension.
If the operation has been carried out correctly, you will receive a message that
the service is enabled/disabled and the confirmation tone.
Hang up.
Call forwarding – on no answer (timed call

Pick up the handset and dial the code 3221.
Dial the two (or three) digits indicating the number of the extension to
which divert the calls.
If the operation has been carried out correctly, you will receive a message that
the service is enabled and the confirmation tone.
