Functioning – External call
An occurred “Event” makes start an “Action sequence.
The action in progress is an External call.
Answer the incoming call.
Listen the “Help request” message.
It’s now possible to activate the system telephones handsfree:
Dial the two (or three) digits indicating the number of the extension (the
first digit must be 4).
It is now possible listening what happens in the room and talk with who is
inside it. In case a system telephone is not present in the selected extension, you
will hear a serie of error tones and the “Help request” message again .
It is always possible to recall the alarm message by pressing “#”.
It is always possible to activate another system telephone handsfree:
Dial the two (or three) digits indicating the number of another extension
(the first digit must be 4).
To continue listening:
Select any digit except for 4 and * (asterisk).
To end alarm sequence:
Dial * (asterisk).
Dial User Password (5 digits max).
If the password is correct you will receive a confirm tone, otherwise the
dissuasion tone.
If the connection is cleared without ending the alarm, the action sequence will
go on.
Note: the PBX can manage more than one alarm at the same time In
case both sequences need the same action in the same time,
one of these will be proceeded and one queued.

Listen the “Help request” message..
To end alarm sequence:
Dial * (asterisk).
Dial User Password (5 digits max).
