AUXILIARY SERVICES
Upon Hi-Pro answer during the message, the external user dials the
code * x...x, where x...x is the user password (factory setting 00000).
The user listens to the control menu prompting message and presses
the button corresponding to the desired action.
If the password entered is wrong, the user will hear “Not allowed” and the call
will going on as per the active service (DISA, IVR o voicemail).
WARNING
If a wrong password is entered 5 times, your access
to the control menu will be blocked for an hour.
Ambient listening:
The user listens to the control menu prompting message, presses the button
corresponding to the ambient listening and dials the two (or three) digits
indicating the extension number. The telephone handsfree defined by the
parameters, turns on allowing ambient listening for 1 minute.

* to recall the control menu
401~412 to turn on the telephone handsfree of
another extension

The conversation time can be extended by entering any digit different
from 4 and * (asterisk).

OICEMAIL SERVICE
WARNING
Parameters of this service can be modified only via
the remote programmer software.
This service allows an external caller to leave a vocal message.
In case of two successive calls, these are queued in order of time.
Voicemail service can be activated only on one extension at a time.
DEFAULT:
- voicemail service is not assigned to any extension;
- voicemail password: 00000;
- time available for each message: 30 seconds.
