Allows booking a call on a busy extension or external line.

Booking a busy extension

By activating this service, as soon as a busy extension is free, both the calling
and the called user will receive the internal call signal. Once the call is
answered, conversation is established immediately.

Call to an extension with conversation in progress; engagement tone.
