LEDX on MOD1 not ON.
LEDX on MOD2 not ON.
LEDX on MOD2 not ON when torch
switch is depressed or start signal is
sent.
Arc does not transfer to work.
(Open circuit voltage is between 315
and 355. Pilot arc IS present.)
Open connection between the 1)
console WORK connector and the
workpiece.
1a) Check continuity of WORK cable
and clamp.
1b) Attach clamp to workpiece.
1c) Ground work table to earth
ground.
Arc does not transfer to work.
(Open circuit voltage is between 315
and 355. Pilot arc is NOT present.)
Pilot arc Fuses F1 and/or F2 are 1)
open.
Bad pilot arc contactor. 2)
Bad K3. 3)
Bad PCB1 in MOD2. 4)
Nozzle to electrode short in torch. 5)
Bad control PCB. 6)
No preflow signal from CNC. 7)
Current setting too low. 8)
Contaminated or worn electrode. 9)
Replace F1 and/or F2. 1)
Replace pilot arc contactor. 2)
Replace K3. 3)
Replace PCB1 in MOD2. 4)
Disconnect torch from console. 5)
Check for open between pilot arc
and torch leads. Repair if shorted.
Replace control PCB. 6)
Bad PCB1. Bad MOD1 PCB1. 7)
Readjust current setting. Torch too 8)
