NTRODUCTION
The E0C6006 is a single-chip microcomputer which uses an E0C6200B CMOS 4-bit CPU as the core. It
contains a 2,048 (words)
×
12 (bits) ROM, 128 (words)
×
4 (bits) RAM, LCD driver circuit, remote-control
carrier output circuit, time base counter and watchdog timer.
The E0C6006 offers a superb solution to infrared remote controller and other applications requiring low
power consumption.
