E-Streamer expects IP addresses to be entered in the standard IP version 4
nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn
format
(where
nnn
is a decimal number between 0 and 255. Eg. 172.16.103.254). Any other entry will be
ignored.
When the new address has been uploaded the screen displays the message:
To activate the new address, select the
Reboot
button.
Note that rebooting will terminate all Recording and Playback activities.
The Streamer Engine will go offline for approximately two minutes while shutting down and
rebooting.
DHCP
To enable the IP address for the secondary interface to be allocated by the network DHCP server,
select the
Use DHCP
button. When the DHCP setting has been changed, the screen displays the
message:
To activate DHCP, select the
Reboot
button
