caravan m anoeuvring syst em . This has been produced
according to very high standards and has undergone careful quality control procedures.
Sim ply by using the rem ote control handset you can m ove your caravan effort lessly into any position required
wit hin operat ing guidelines. Soft start and soft st op t echnology allows you to m anoeuvre your caravan even
m ore accurat ely wit hout any shocks.
The caravan m anoeuvring system consist s of t wo 12V m ot or- power rollers, a 12V electronic control unit and a
rem ot e cont rol handset . To funct ion, t he m ot or- powered rollers m ust be engaged against t he t yres of your
caravan. The supplied cross actuat ion device enables you t o engage bot h rollers at t he sam e t im e from one side
of your caravan. Once t his is done t he m anoeuvring syst em is ready for operat ion. The rem ot e cont rol will allow
you t o m ove your caravan in any direct ion. You can even rotate the caravan on its own axis, without m oving
forwards or backwards (
t his funct ion j ust can work under t he “ single- axle funct ion” ) .

t his m anua l very carefully and be a w are of a ll t he safet y inst ruct ions! The ow ner of t he
caravan w ill alw ays be responsible for correct use. Keep t his m a nual inside your cara van for
fut ure reference.

caravan m anoeuvring syst em is suitable for single axle and double axle caravans.
Suit able only for L- profiled and U- profiled chassis with a chassis thickness between m in. 2.8m m and m ax.
3.5m m .
Depending on the weight of t he caravan, t he m anoeuvring syst em cannot overcom e obstruct ions that are m ore
than about 2cm in height wit hout assist ance ( please use wedges as a ram p) .
The standard installat ion kit only provides part s for inst alling t he caravan m anoeuvring syst em wit hin the
m easurem ent s given in Fig. 14.

Check t he t owing load of your vehicle and t he gross weight of your caravan in order t o est ablish whet her t hey
are designed for t he addit ional weight. The m anoeuvring system itself has a weight of about 37kg and a
traditional lead acid batt ery has a weight of about 20- 25kg ( the by us recom m ended EN
