3.5 System architecture
3.5.1 Analog input 4...20 mA
Two 4–20 mA devices can be connected to the standard version of Fieldgate FXA320. With the
appropriate transmitter supply module, the devices may also be located in hazardous areas. The
devices cannot be parametrized, but the outputs can be scaled and linearized in the Fieldgate Web
server.

3.5.2 Binary input
Fieldgate FXA 320 can be optionally equipped with four binary inputs to connect e.g. level switches.
