Information on Disposal for Users of Waste
Batteries (private households)
This device uses lithium battery. In order to
protect valuable natural resources and to
prevent adverse effects on human health and the
environment, this battery must also be handled
according to the law applied in each country.
User (private households) should not
disassemble or modify.

Your Device has a 3 year service life from first
use, 5 years after manufacture, or 160 injections,
whichever is sooner.

A message will display on your Device when it is
about to reach the end of it’s life. Contact your
healthcare professional for a replacement.

To find out the remaining number of days
and injections left on your Device, access
Device Expiry Date via the Information tab in
your Device menu. For further information on
accessing your Menu and Settings, please refer to
Chapter 5.

Do not
dispose of your Device in your household
waste. Contact your healthcare professional or
pharmacist for advice on how to dispose of your
Device.
