Troubleshooting
Refer to this section if you face any problems during the
operation of your Device.
If a notification is displayed on the Display, see “Error
Messages”.
If the problem is not resolved, contact your healthcare
professional.
Symptom
Details and Action
Your Device is
not ejecting your
Cartridge or
Training Cartridge.
Perform the Eject operation while
the power. Press the Cancel/Eject
button
for 1 second.
If Eject operation is not possible,
contact your healthcare
professional.
Your Device turns
off by itself.
Your Device will turn off after 90
seconds of inactivity. Press and
hold the Injection button to turn
your Device back on.
Your Device and/or
your Cartridge has
been dropped.
Your Device and/or your Cartridge
could have been damaged.

Eject your Cartridge if it is
inserted in your Device.
z
Dispose of your Enbrel Dose
Dispenser Cartridge.
z
Inspect your Device and/or
Training Cartridge.
Do not
use your Device or Training
Cartridge if they are damaged
or have operational problems.
For example, your Device or
screen is cracked or broken.
Contact your healthcare
professional for a replacement.

If your Device or Training
Cartridge does not appear to be
damaged, try using them again.
Your Device is not
working properly.
Check the problem with reference
to the “Error Messages”.
If your Device fails to work
properly even after taking
action contact your healthcare
professional.
