If A0-09 is set to 1, most function codes are restored to the default settings except motor parameters, frequency
command resolution (b0-11), fault records, accumulative running time (b9-09), accumulative power-on time
(b9-08) and accumulative power consumption (b9-10).
4: Clear records
If A0-09 is set to 4, the fault records, accumulative power-on time (b9-08), accumulative running time (b9-09),
and accumulative power consumption (b9-10) are cleared.
