Remote Set Point (suffix letter M) Adjustment
CAUTION
Do not manually move the set point indicator on controllers with remote set point. Moving the set point indicator could
damage the controller.
If the controller is equipped with the remote set point option (figure 3‐2), vary the remote set point pressure to
change the set point. Increase the pressure to increase the set point and decrease the pressure to decrease the set
point.

Proportional Band Adjustment (PB ADJ)
The proportional band adjustment determines the output sensitivity of the controller. The proportional band knob is
marked in percentages of process differential pressure required to drive the controller from zero output to full output.
For example, a typical 4194H unit offers 0.2 to 1.0 bar (3 to 15 psig) output. Furthermore, this controller comes
equipped with a differential pressure unit capable of sensing a process pressure differential ranging from 0 to 1.0 bar
