When the analog input A is 100

corresponds to F1.03 (max. input pulse
frequency).
F1.02 defines the filter time. The longer the time,
the stronger the immunity to disturbance, the
slower the response, and vice versa.
F1.00 is to select the reference frequency curve
of VCI, CCI and PULSE setting method, see
Fig. 5-9.
