Do not use the appliance if it is dropped or otherwise damaged or if the cord or plug are damaged.
In the case of damage, take the appliance to an electrical repair shop for examination and repair if
necessary

Make sure that there is no danger that the cord or extension cord may inadvertently be pulled or
cause anyone to trip when in use.

If an extension cord is used it must be suited to the power consumption of the appliance,
otherwise overheating of the extension cord and/or plug may occur

Remove all packaging materials.
•
Clean the appliance as described in
Maintenance and Care
.
•
During the first use, slight smell or smoke might emerge from the appliance.
This is normal and will
last only a short time. Ensure proper ventilation.
OPERA
TION
•
The
On/Off
switch

Set the pot with/without contents on the appropriate heating plate (1, 4) according to the size of

Select the desired temperature with the corresponding temperature regulator (2, 6).
The
corresponding control light (3 or 5) will light up.
As soon as the set temperature is reached, the
control light will fade. If the heating plate has cooled down too much, the control light will light up
again.
•
After the cooking process, turn the heating plates of
f by setting the corresponding temperature
regulators (2, 6) to position
MIN
.
The control lights (3, 5) will fade.
•
After turning of
f, the heating plates will still give of
f heat for a certain amount of time.
MAINTENANCE AND
CARE
•
Read the safety advice first.
•
Make sure that the appliance has been unplugged. Let the hot plates cool for a least 30 minutes.
•
Clean the appliance with a soft, moistened cloth. If required, use a mild cleaning agent.
•
Never use abrasive cleaning agents or hard utensils.
•
Wipe the hot plates with a moistened cloth.
