This determines whether the air valve can be activated in

the case of a fault lock-out.
Parameter 32 = 0: The air valve is closed in the event of a

fault. It cannot be activated externally via terminal 23.
Parameter 32 = 1: The air valve can be activated externally

via input 23 even during a fault, e.g. for cooling.
