E-mail address
section lists the configured e-mail addresses.
Next to the e-mail address is an icon
. Click on the icon to open a pop-up window that
lists all the events associated with that e-mail. The events possibly associated are listed in
The first e-mail contact receives a copy of the e-mails sent to the technician when the
operator clicks on the SEND MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE button on the ANOMALIES and
ALARMS pages.
