16.3 Sensor service menu

This menu mainly is for repair and servicing purposes. Some of the items, however, might also be

of interest to the user.

16.3.1 Call the service menu

To call this menu, proceed as follows:

Main menu / Setup / Gauge specs

Function key

“Sensor”

Press arrow up

Press Function key on the right (no inscription)

Press OK to confirm.

The sensor service menu appears.

16.3.2 A-scan images for servicing purpose

For servicing purposes, this menu provides all A-scan images the

sensor can produce.

The reference signal A-scan image and the raw measuring signal A-

scan image are described under section 7. Both images can be called

up from this menu. Once you have called up the A-scan image,

operation will be according to section 7.4.

The echo signal with its positions is identical with the one as used in

the normal measure mode.
