IF THE EVOLIS DOESN’T WORK
Before making contact with Elancity after sales service please refer to the following chart of
symptoms / solutions. If this doesn’t provide the solution and you are still experiencing
problems please contact our Tech Team for assistance:

Solutions :
1. Turn the dial switch to ‘Off’ then to ‘SP’ and check the auto test of both displays: speed
and messages. (for an auto test – click on the green tick)
2. Try a connection on Evocom either via USB or Bluetooth.
3. Check if the spy mode is activated on Evocom. If yes, disactivate it on the Evocom settings
page
4. Control the power supply to the Evolis by checking the voltage at the battery terminals, at
the solar panel and at the mains supply 220V.
5. Check the primary fuse located in the battery compartment. It is situated just to the left of
the control dial inside the radar casing.
6. Check the condition of the external plugs.
