MAINTENANCE AND ATTENDANCE
Before starting with all maintenance and attendance work, the unit
has to be cut off from the power supply (pull out plug!) !
The unit is almost maintenance-free !
Attention:
The instrument is rather heavy (see Chap. 1 "Technical Main Data ").
Therefore suitable precautions must be taken to avoid accidents before
mounting or removing.
7.1
Exchange of fuses
In case of irregularities in the power supply system or improper strain on
the unit the current circuit is interrupted by a fuse. After the disturbance
the fuse has to be exchanged.
If it happens that a fuse brakes it may be exchanged only once. If the in-
terruption of the current circuit occurs once again after the fuse has been
exchanged, please send the unit to your next ELABO-service or contact
the ELABO-hot-line (+49 7951/307-202).
Use the indicated type of fuse exclusively!
Should you need spare parts (fuses, keys, code connectors,...) for your
tester contact your ELABO-service or the ELABO-hot-line (+49 7951/307-
202).
We are pleased to be of help.
The position and location of the fuses shows the illustration in table on
page 3/4 as well as the picture in the appendix.
7.2
Attendance of the chassis
For cleaning the cabinet just use a clean, dry and fluff-free cloth.
Do not clean the unit with cleaning agent or water at any time.
