High Pressure Cleaner doesn’t start
When the High Pressure Cleaner doesn’t start, the following failures may
occur:
• No electrical power (supply voltage).
• Push button Emergency Off is not unlocked.
• Electrical connection (connector, wire etc.) is defective.
• High Pressure Cleaner motor is overheated. Wait, until motor is cooled
down. Press button “Pump On-Off“ again.
• Motor overload protection F 2 has been tripped off.
• Maximumthermostat B 7 has released or is unlocked.
• Water level in the oat container is too low.
• Main switch (“Pump On-Off) is defective.
• Contactor is defective (off-delay K 9, current push switch K 1, contactor K 6).
• Relay K 5 defect.
• Low water cut off in the oat container is defective.
• Fuse F 3 in the control circuit is blown.
• Transformer in the terminal box is defective.
• Pressure switch (B 2, B 3) is defective.
High Pressure Cleaner doesn’t stop during closed trigger
If the High Pressure Cleaner doesn’t stop during closed trigger, the following
failures may occur:
• Unloader valve blocked or defective.
• Savety valve is leaking or defective.
• Pressure switch (B 2, B 3) doesn’t switch off.
• Relay off-delay K 9 defective.
• Contactor K 6 defective.
High Pressure Cleaner continuously starts and stops during closed
trigger gun
If the High Pressure Cleaner continuously starts and stops during closed
trigger gun, the following failures may occur:
• High pressure pipe system or trigger gun is leaking.
• Unloader valve is blocked or defective.
• Safety valve is leaking or defective.
