Always ensure, that a suf cient level of cleaning detergent is
maintained in the cleaning detergent container. Drawing air from
an empty container may damage the high pressure pump or
safety devices.
Fill up cleaning detergent container (9 and/or 10, gure 1) with manufacturer
recommended cleaning detergent or chemicals.
For admixing the cleaning detergent from one of the two external cleaning
detergent containers proceed as follows:
• Depending on desired cleaning detergent press push button “Chemical I
Onoff” (2, gure 12 or gure 13) or “Chemical II On-off” (3, gure 12 or gure
13). (Never press both push buttons at the same time together!).
• Turn chemical metering valve II (8, gure 11 or gure 12) or chemical mete-
ring valve I (9, gure 11 or gure 12) from position „OFF“ clockwise.
The more the chemical metering valve is turned clockwise, the more cleaning
detergent is absorbed. Adjust the chemical metering valve depending on
degree of contaminated surface, which has to be cleaned.
After completion of cleaning tasks with cleaning detergent see section 2.5
(decommissioning the High Pressure Cleaner).
2.5 Decommissioning the High Pressure Cleaner
For decommissioning the High Pressure Cleaner proceed as follows:
• Turn chemical metering valve I or II (9 or 8, gure 12 or gure 13) counterclo-
ckwise to position “0“, if required.
If switched on, press push button “Chemical I On-Off” (2, gure 12 or gure
13) or push button “Chemical II On-Off” (3, gure 12 or gure 13), to stop
cleaning detergent supply. After applying cleaning detergent ush out High
Pressure Cleaner with clean water, until no cleaning detergent is admixed to
the high pressure jet (min. 30 s).
• Switch off the heating (if activated), by pressing push button „Heating On-
Off“ (4, gure 12 or gure 13).
• Press push button “Pump On-Off“ (1, gure 12 or gure 13) to switch off the
High Pressure Cleaner.
• Close the water supply shut off valve (14, gure 1).
• Pull trigger of trigger gun (6, Bild 2) until High Pressure Cleaner is pressure
less.
