3.2.4 Six monthly maintenance or on condition
Replace six monthly or on condition the high pressure nozzle.
3.2.5 Yearly maintenance
Clean sulphur and soot deposits from the heat coil.
Clean, or on condition, replace fuel oil nozzle (see gure 14).
The High Pressure Cleaner has to be checked every year according to „Guide-
lines for liquid sprayers“ by specially trained and quali ed personal (see sec-
tion 2.6.2).
The test results has to be recorded in a test report.
3.2.6 Oil change
For the oil change of the high pressure pump gear box oil use the following oil
type:
• Motor oil SAE 15 W/40.
For oil change of the high pressure pump gear box proceed as follows:
• Remove oil dipstick.
