For commissioning the High Pressure Cleaner of series HS, HSE or HSG pro-
ceed as follows:
• If required, unlock push button “Emergency Off“ (10, gure 12 or gure 13;
or on remote control 3, gure 2). For unlocking turn push button “Emergency
Off“ in arrow direction.
• Set main switch (2, gure 1) to position I.
• Set the thermostat (7, gure 12 or gure 13) to position „Off“.
• Open the water supply shut off valve (14, gure 1).
Pulling the trigger gun (6, gure 2) and switching on the High
Pressure Cleaner via push button “Pump On-off” (1, gure 12 or
gure 13) causes a kick-back at the trigger gun by the force of the
water leaving the nozzle. Hold the trigger gun and lance rmly.
• Pull trigger of trigger gun (6, gure 2) and press push button “Pump On-off“
(1, gure 12 or gure 13) or on the remote control (3, gure 2). The High
Pressure Cleaner operation is activated. The control lamp of push button
“Pump On-off“ (1, gure 12 or gure 13) or on the remote control (3, gure
2) is on. Initially the pump conveys air for a short period. Then the water
emerges from the trigger gun nozzle.
• Set thermostat (7, gure 12 or gure 13) to desired temperature. By pressing
the push button “Heating On-Off“ (4, gure 12 or gure 13) the water heating
may be switched on.
• Set unloader valve (5, gure 12 or gure 13) to desired pressure value.
When the trigger gun is activated, the pressure value is indicated on the
pressure gauge (6, gure 12 or gure 13). By turning the unloader valve the
operating pressure may be continuous reduced to the lowest discharge capa
city. This adjustment causes a lower operating pressure at the spray
nozzle and a water temperature raise according to thermostat (7, gure 12
and gure 13) setting up to 98° C.
• When releasing the trigger of the trigger gun, automatically the device tran-
sits into the pressureless bypass operation mode. After 5 - 160 s (in nitely
adjustable) bypass operation the High Pressure Cleaner automatically swit-
ches into the standby operation. Pulling the trigger of the trigger gun again,
the High Pressure Cleaner starts immediately by itself.
