3.2 Lubrication
Cables and movable parts.
Lubricate with a little oil approx. every 15 hours.
Comply with the lubrication intervals. Lubricant: high performance grease K2C30 DIN 51825.
Grease nipples are located as follows:
Greasing the joints
1. Dry away dirt and old grease from the joint.
2. Apply grease gun and pump until new grease appears from the joint.
3. Remove excess grease.
4. Write down the date and hours of operation for future reference.
All grease points on the vehicle are marked with this sign:
Recommendation
A grease gun should be stored in near proximity of the machine in order to minimize the chance of
lubrication being skipped.
