Operator’s Manual City Ranger 2260

1.12 Towing

Towing

When towing City Ranger 2260, attach the

tow line to the pull hook on the left side of the

machine. (Picture 1)

Towing valve

The towing valve under the machine is used to

move the machine manually. (Picture 2)

To tow:

Switch off engine.

Turn valve until the lever is in the

horizontal position (open position).

Tow the machine.

When you have finished towing, turn the valve

until the lever is in the vertical position.

The towing valve must be closed. If not, the

machine will not run.

Warning

Do not start the machine until the

towing valve has been closed.

Attention

When towing, there is no servo

system.

Attention

Always tow the machine at low

speed.
