The robot vibrates
because of other
surrounding
equipment in the
working environment
(
1
)
Resonance occurs when
the robot and peripheral
devices operate
simultaneously;
(
2
)
The operation of
peripheral devices cause
electromagnetic interference
to the robot.
(
1
)
Adjust the distance between the
robot and peripheral devices;
(
2
)
Check the connection of the
ground wire and ensure it’s effective.
The robot makes
abnormal noise in the
following two
situations:
(
1
)
Restarting after
a long-term
shutdown
(
2
)
Start operation
after replacement of
grease.
In the two situations, running
and operation exist in the
early stage of robot’s
operation.
(
1
)
Operate the robot in low-speed
mode and gradually resume to
normal speed if the noise is lower;
(
2
)
If operation in low-speed mode
for 1-2 days does not improve the
noise issue, internal parts may be
damaged. Please consult our
after-sales department for
replacement.

other faults that may
cause vibration and
abnormal noise
(
1
)
The cables connecting
the body and control cabinet
are abnormal causing weak
signal communication and
vibration;
(
2
)
The abnormal external
voltage or electromagnetic
environment interferes with
the movement of the control
cabinet leading to vibration.
(

)
Check whether the wiring is
damaged and ensure the connector is
in good contact;
(

)
Improve the external voltage or
electromagnetic environment to
ensure the normal operation of the
control cabinet.

body
Some parts of the
body can be shaken
by hand in power-off
state.
Long-term operation and
possible abnormal operations
cause the following faults:
(

Screws in key
connection parts are
loosened.
(

The internal parts of the
robot are damaged. For

Check whether the screws at the
following connection points are
loosened, which include the reducer,
motor connection, base, each joint,
and end flange connection. Use a
torque wrench to tighten the screws
with the required torque;
