3.2.4 Support Installation
Robot bracket lower than 600mm shares similar installation methods as ground mounting,
which include base installation, and bracket installation to the ground.
Robot bracket higher than 600mm must be strictly checked for connection strength between
the bracket and the ground to endure the safety and reliability of the connection.
Too long or too short screws to fix the base of the robot will cause frequent accidents!
The connection strength of the chemical bolts depends on the strength of the concrete.
Insufficient strength can be improved by the following methods:
increase the number of chemical bolt groups;
Increase the embedded depth of chemical bolts;
Increase the specifications, quantity, embedded depth of chemical bolt groups, etc.
Improve the strength of the concrete foundation which should be higher than that of
chemical bolt groups.
