EcoTouch Installation

Installation

EcoTouch can accept 24VAC or 12-14VDC on J2.

Use wire harnesses with red and black stripped wires and JARD J4021F transformers, both provided
by Telkonet. (Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.)

Step 1

Review table on page 25 to determine where the EcoTouch will be mounted.

Step 2

Remove the security screw from the EcoTouch (see Figure 25).

Step 3

Separate the backplate from the EcoTouch by sliding the backplate to the right and the front
plate to the left (approximately ¼ inch), as shown in Figure 26.
