Special input
Function
Toggle setpoint
Detects whether the setpoints should be toggled. Then a signal for the toggle setpoint is
transmitted via the CAN bus.
5.5 Relay outputs
The controller has 2 relay outputs (floating relay contacts). These can be used for various applications.
Alarm relays PRIO1 / PRIO2
Multi-function relay AUX
Relay outputs for week timers
(only with SIOX extension module)
.Terminal assignment of the 230 V AC relay outputs v6.0
5.5.1 Alarm relays PRIO1 / PRIO2
The system controller has one relay output each (floating relay contacts) for the fixed alarm priorities X1 and X2
(terminal PRIO1: 35/36/38 - PRIO2: 25/26/28, see chapter
Terminal assignment of the 230 V AC relay outputs
In order to use these functions, E*LDS components must be used that also support these functions.
Details can be found in the operating manual of the respective E*LDS component.
Alarm signalling failure!
In the event of the failure of a SIOX extension module with connected
external alarms, their monitoring also ceases. The failure of a SIOX extension module signals an
alarm. But then no further alarm is generated if any of the affected inputs changes to the alarm state.
It must be noted for GLT components in the 5000 family that configuration of a special input is in fact
possible, but this remains
without function
!
Warning about dangerous electrical voltage! Danger of electric shock! BEFORE
connecting and
disconnecting, it must be checked that
no voltage is present
at the 230 V AC relay outputs! Low
voltage
and
safety extra-low voltage must
not
be applied together at the relay outputs 15/16/18,
25/26/28 and 35/36/38.
