Configuration of wired input lines
All wired input lines are fully configurable and can work as:
NO
- a line type for connecting detectors with a normally open alarm output (NO). Short circuit will
trigger an alarm.
NC
- a line type for connecting detectors with a normally closed alarm output (NC). Opening the
circuit will trigger an alarm.
EOL-NO
- a line type for connecting detectors with a normally open alarm output (NO). Both
shorting and opening will trigger an alarm.
EOL-NC
- a line type for connecting devices with a normally closed alarm output (NC). Both shorting
and opening will trigger an alarm.
DEOL-NO
- a line type for connecting detectors with a normally open alarm output (NO) and a
tamper output. The input distinguishes three states: normal, alarm and sabotage.
DEOL-NC
- a line type for connecting detectors with a normally closed alarm output (NC) and a
tamper output. The input distinguishes three states: normal, alarm and sabotage.
TEOL
- a line type intended for doubling the alarm line, i.e. connection of two wire detectors to one
terminal of the control panel, whereby it will be possible to detect an alarm from detectors 1 and
detector 2 - see fig. 12, while signalling the opening of tamper switches will be common to both
detectors.
In the case of EOL, DEOL and TEOL configurations, it is necessary to use parametric resistors. The ways
of connecting detectors to inputs using 560
Ω
, 1.1 and 2.2 k
Ω
resistors, which are included in the set,
are shown below.
